		<description>@Youseph - glad you enjoyed. :) It is personal, but most of my posts are about things that happened years ago, so it takes a while to get to the point where I am ready to blog about certain things.

@passerby - I think supermarkets are the most panic attack inducing places on earth. The lights, the aisles, the crowds, the CHILDREN. Ugh. Anxious town!</description>

		<description>I know how you feel about the anxiety stuff, I couldn&#039;t even leave the house for 6 or so weeks, let alone feel vaguely &#039;normal&#039; for months upon months. I&#039;ve got myself back to what I was before all that happened, but supermarkets still make me anxious. I think it&#039;s the lighting in there which does it, strangely enough as that might sound. I feel exposed and in the spotlight.

I also think your therapist is a sneaky bastard.</description>
